Fantastic service at Ana's Nails! When I go, I get my eyebrows and eyelashes tinted and they always do such an amazing job. As someone who has blonde eyebrows/eyelashes, I was a little nervous at first to get them tinted but they ended up looking so natural that I kept wanting to go back. Not only is the staff friendly, they always take their time too. Most recently, I got a lash lift done by Norah. They look incredible! Very natural looking but also stunning. She was so meticulous with her work and was happy to answer any questions I had.

I will only go Ana's for my nails from here on out. I have tried many nail salons across the city for shellac manicures with the polish starting to peel/chip within literally days after getting it done (I thought it was my nails that were the problem.)I came here with a friend to try a shellac manicure and had Emily, who is so lovely and thorough with her work and the results show. My first manicure with Emily lasted 3 weeks without a single chip in sight, no peeling, etc. just natural growth from my nail. I just got my nails re-done almost about a week ago now and they are holding up just like the first time. The staff are so welcoming and love to provide input with colours, shapes etc. when you feel lost. Thanks so much! You'll definitely see me again soon!

First time booking an appointment at Ana's Nail Boutique and Spa (on Bloor). The staff are very welcoming, professional and made the experience very relaxed and comfortable! My nail technician was very courteous in accommodating a specific look I had in mind...so much patience and knew exactly what I meant (but made it even better than expected). The entire appointment took just under 1 hour ... efficient but very keen on detailing! Absolutely loved my experience here and will definitely be booking more appointments! Finally found a new "go-to" place! Thanks!! ❤

I have been going to Ana's Nail Boutique for over 10 years now. I started going when they were in Bloor West Village and then I followed them when they moved closer to Islington and Bloor. I would suggest, that a patron doesn't do that unless they are very happy with the service that they receive. In all my time of going to Ana's, I have been very impressed with the professionalism and customer service exhibited by all of the staff - especially Alana who I have had as my technician for all the time I’ve been going. And, one only has to talk to any of them to hear how important their clients are to them and how much they want to provide good service that responds to what the client is expecting. I might also suggest that that is why they continually get top ratings in local surveys.Warren
